Director of Operations

About the role
We need an operations director to own the systems and people that make our property management function run. You will manage property managers, build out operational playbooks, standardize vendor relationships, and work with leadership to scale the business across North America. This is a builder role.
What we’re looking for
- 8 or more years in operations, property management, or real estate services
- Track record of building and improving operational processes across a distributed team
- Experience managing client relationships at the portfolio owner level
- Commercially minded with strong judgment on prioritization and resource allocation
