Senior Property Manager, Institutional Portfolios
Single Property Management is looking for a senior property manager to oversee complex institutional portfolios in major US markets. You will manage a book of high-net-worth and family office clients, each with multiple properties under management. Your job is to protect asset value, maintain occupancy, and provide the reporting quality these clients expect.
Asset Manager
You will manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties, overseeing everything from lease renewals and capital expenditure planning to operating budget performance. You work directly with ownership groups and family offices who have entrusted us with assets they have spent decades building.
Director of Operations
We need an operations director to own the systems and people that make our property management function run. You will manage property managers, build out operational playbooks, standardize vendor relationships, and work with leadership to scale the business across North America. This is a builder role.
Portfolio Reporting Analyst
You will own the reporting layer for our client portfolios. That means monthly owner statements, variance analysis, occupancy tracking, and CapEx reporting across all managed properties. Our clients are family offices and institutional investors. They expect reports that look like they came from a real asset manager, not a property management company.
