Who we are
Single Property Management is a single-family residential property management firm headquartered in downtown Toronto and active across North American single-family rental markets. We manage detached houses, semi-detached, townhomes, condos, duplexes, triplexes, and basement suites. We do not do multi-residential. That is the whole point.
Who we hire
We hire people who treat property management as a profession, not a side hustle. The work is procedural, regulated, and relationship-heavy. The right person enjoys all three.
